Holding fuses of different designs and with different nominal currents – with fuse terminal blocks from Phoenix Contact, this isn't a problem. Multi-level terminal blocks offer you high packing density with low space requirements. Variants for use in potentially explosive areas of type of protection Ex-nA expand the field of application and complete the range.

Your advantages

  • Comprehensive product range for cartridge fuse-links, automotive flat-type fuses, and thermal circuit breaker plugs
  • Simple potential distribution, thanks to continuous function shafts
  • Convenient testing of fuses, thanks to test points on both sides
  • Quick identification of faulty fuses regardless of the current direction thanks to LED status indicator
  • Easily accessible fuse-links are easy to replace
  • Same shape as feed-through terminal blocks, knife connectors, and disconnect terminal blocks

Terminal blocks for various fuse types

Terminal blocks for various fuse types

The easily accessible fuse-links are easy to install or replace – we offer the right fuse holder for every application:

  • Lever-type fuse terminal block to hold fuse-links: type G 5 x 20 mm and 6.3 x 32 mm
  • Fuse terminal block to hold flat-type fuses: type C and F

Versions with an LED display are available to indicate faults.

P-FU fuse plug

Fuse plug for overload and short-circuit protection with an overall width of only 5.2 mm

Fuse plug for overload and short-circuit protection with an overall width of only 5.2 mm

Fuse plugs for G-type fuse-links from Phoenix Contact are suitable for use in basic disconnect terminal blocks and are also particularly flexible: simply connect the plug to the desired fuse type.

  • Overload and short-circuit protection with a terminal width of only 5.2 mm thanks to the nested arrangement

  • Test contacts on both sides of the fuse

  • Fast identification of faulty fuses thanks to variants with bidirectional fault display

  • Clear assignment due to a marking option

Pluggable thermal circuit breakers, TCP

Thermal circuit breakers for overload and short-circuit protection

Thermal circuit breakers for overload and short-circuit protection

Our TCP thermal circuit breakers provide optimum protection against overload for inductive loads in power distribution systems. The integrated switching function of the circuit breakers enables immediate reset and minimizes downtimes in your system.

  • Suitable for all flat-type fuse terminal blocks of type C owing to standardized plug-in contacts

  • Shortened downtimes, thanks to immediate reset after tripping

  • Can be used as a switch to switch circuits on and off

  • Space-saving installation thanks to slim design

PTCB electronic circuit breakers

Plug-in bridges inserted in circuit breakers and terminal blocks by hand

Easy application setup.

Perfectly suited for simple, space-saving potential distribution. The PTCB single-channel electronic circuit breaker can be bridged to the CLIPLINE complete terminal block system, and offers a setting range from 1 to 8 ampere on a very narrow overall width.

  • Simple application setup due to bridging option to CLIPLINE complete terminal block system
  • More space in the control cabinet: narrowest protection at a width of just 6 mm
  • Flexible use and a reduced inventory due to adjustable current values on each device for a wide range of applications
