You can integrate Axioline Smart Elements into systems with the Smart Element interface. This Smart Element uses semiconductors instead of mechanical relays for floating switching. The semiconductors enable a switching speed of up to 100 µs. Because there are no mechanical or moving parts, there is no wear. No hazards from electric arcs or artifacts, such as contact bouncing, can occur during switching operations.
