The soil moisture sensor measures the volumetric water content of the soil at a depth of 30 cm and supplies the measured value as a percentage. The measured values are made available every hour via a LoRaWAN® network. The sensor can be adapted to various soil types by simple parameterization. The measured values are interpreted in the respective application. A JavaScript file is available for decoding the measured data.
