Orders only come about if our General Terms and Conditions apply. These are filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Arnhem and will be sent on request. General terms and conditions, under whatever name, of the client do not apply and are expressly rejected by us. Phoenix Contact B.V. reserves the right to adjust prices if goods are delivered three months or later after the order date. Cancellations and returns only on request given the current availability of products in general, this contrary to our General Terms and Conditions.
