Registration Procedure
- Registration is only possible via the website or by telephone.
- The number of participants per course is limited; registrations are processed in the order they are received.
- After registration, the participant will receive a confirmation with additional information.
Terms and pricing
- Participation fees are exclusive of VAT (21%) and will be invoiced afterwards.
- Courses include a handout of the presentation and, where applicable, additional reference materials. *Copyright applies.
- On-site courses in Zevenaar include lunch or buffet and beverages.
- The organization reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course in case of insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any additional costs (such as accommodation or specific materials) will be communicated in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is free of charge up to one calendar week before the course date.
- For cancellations within one calendar week prior to the start or in case of absence, the full fee will be charged.
Payment Terms
- Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
Other provisions
- The general terms and conditions of Phoenix Contact B.V. apply.
- Any deviations will be stated in the quotation.
- A certificate or proof of participation will be issued upon completion.
