LoRaWAN luminaire control unit for street lighting
Phoenix Contact’s new LoRaWAN luminaire control unit for street lighting makes it possible to lower energy consumption, extend the service life of luminaires, and reduce the amount of maintenance they require.
The product portfolio for the smart street lighting solution has been extended to include a new Zhaga-compatible control device with Dali D4i interface for street lighting. Connection to the higher-level system is via LoRaWAN. The control device contributes to the intelligent management of individual luminaires within the lighting infrastructure of thoroughfares or public-space lighting. In conjunction with the LoRaWAN gateway, the Smart Lighting Service software, and Phoenix Contact’s own IoT platform grovez.io, a complete lighting management system is available from Phoenix Contact.
