Integrating the GSDML file

 

Integrate the GSDML file into your existing engineering system.

An example of the integration is shown below, using the TIA portal V15.

  1. Unpack the ZIP file on your file system.
  2. Select “Options, Manage general station description files (GSD)”.

  1. Select the file that you want to install.
  2. Checkmark the file that you want to install.
  3. Click on “Install”.

The dialog shows that installation has been successful.

  1. Close the window by clicking “Close”.
