Blue mushroom-head push button
Emergency stop buttons
Green button

The push buttons consist of an actuator, a module carrier, and an N/O contact module and/or an N/C contact module. The following characteristics differentiate the different versions:

  • Height of the button plate
  • Actuator function type: momentary and latching
  • Color of the button plate

Button with yellow light

The illuminated push buttons also consist of an actuator, a module carrier, and an N/O contact module and/or an N/C contact module. The buttons also have an LED module as a light source. The following characteristics differentiate the different versions:

  • Height of the button plate
  • Actuator function type: momentary and latching
  • Color of the button plate
  • Color of the LED module

Printed button

The printed buttons consist of an actuator, a module carrier, and an N/O contact module and/or an N/C contact module. The following characteristic differentiates the different versions:

  • Push element

Blue mushroom-head push button

Depending on how the mushroom-head push buttons are connected, the contact modules can be closed or interrupted with the button. The mushroom-head push buttons have a large button plate with a diameter of 40 mm. The following characteristic differentiates the different versions:

  • Color of the actuator plate

Emergency stop buttons

The emergency stop buttons, also known as "emergency switching off" buttons comply with the IEC/EN 60947-5-5, GB 14048.14 and EN 13850 standards for interlocking. The emergency stop button is actuated by pressing it, whereby it latches into the end position. This ensures that the emergency stop remains in place until the button is deliberately unlocked. The following characteristics differentiate the emergency stop buttons:

  • Turn to unlock
  • Pull to unlock

Switches, key switches, and indicator lights

Selector switches
Selector switches with lighting
Key switches
Red indicator light
Yellow buzzer
Selector switches

The selector switches are available with two or three switch positions. Depending on the model, the products are available with a button or latching function. The following characteristics differentiate the selector switches:

  • Switch positions
  • Switching function

Selector switches with lighting

The selector switches are available with two or three switch positions. Depending on the model, the products are available with a button or latching function. The following characteristics differentiate the selector switches:

  • Switch positions
  • Switching function
  • Color of the actuator
  • LED color

Key switches

An actuator key is required to prevent unauthorized and unintentional actuation. The key switches are available with two or three switch positions. The following characteristics differentiate the different versions:

  • Switch positions
  • Switch function
  • Key removal position

Red indicator light

The indicator lights are equipped with an LED and an IC chip. This combination enables mains connection at AC/DC 24-240 V. The following characteristic differentiates the different versions:

  • Color

Yellow buzzer

Buzzers are acoustic signaling devices that produce a sound to signal a condition or warning.

Individual modules for buttons, switches, and indicator lights

Modular kits are also available in addition to the preconfigured product versions. The modular versions consist of the following individual components:

  1. Actuating element (here using the example of a push button)
  2. Module holder
  3. Contact module
  4. LED module (optional)

Actuating element

The actuators and indicator lights are manufactured to a high standard and consist of the following elements:

  • Actuating element (here using the example of a rotary switch)
  • Metal ring
  • Seal
  • Fastening nut

Module holders

The module holders are designed to hold actuators, contact modules, and LED modules and can be used with a front panel with a thickness of 1 to 6 mm.

Contact modules – N/C contact

The contact modules have a slow-action contact that is available either as an N/O contact or N/C contact. The N/O contact module is identified by a green slider, whereas the N/C contact module is identified by a red slider.

The N/C module complies with IEC 60947-5-1.

Green LED module

The LED modules with integrated LED are available in the following colors:

  • White
  • Red
  • Green
  • Yellow
  • Blue
