The Phoenix Contact 5-year warranty service can be combined with the purchase of a new BLUEMARK E.CARD printer and is valid for 60 months instead of 24 months from the date of purchase of the device. This service includes all costs for the repair of the device, except in cases of gross negligence and incorrect operation by the user, as well as in the event of transport damage. Transport costs to the repair workshop and back as well as consumables and wearing parts are excluded.
