Phoenix Contact at SPS 2025: Designing automation – sustainable, secure, and networked
Phoenix Contact will be presenting pioneering technologies for industrial automation at this year’s SPS – Smart Production Solutions – from November 25 to 27, in Nuremberg, Germany. In Hall 9, Booth 310, Phoenix Contact will be demonstrating to visitors how its technologies are actively driving the digital transformation and the All Electric Society forward.
The focus of the trade fair exhibition will be four central topics with which Phoenix Contact is shaping the future of industrial automation: PLCnext Technology as an open ecosystem for limitless automation, “Automation and Safety” with high-performance control and safety solutions for maximum plant availability, “Digitalization and Security” with end-to-end concepts for networked and protected production environments, and “Power and Efficiency” with intelligent solutions for the power supply and energy management.
A special trade fair highlight will be the new Virtual PLCnext Control, which features a fully software-based control solution – flexible to use in virtualized environments and ideal for state-of-the-art edge and cloud architectures. With this, Phoenix Contact is opening up new options for scalable and resource-saving automation solutions. “SPS is the central platform for us to enter into dialog with our customers and partners and to shape the future of automation together”, explains Ulrich Leidecker, Chief Operating Officer at Phoenix Contact. Our solutions not only enable higher system availability and efficiency, but also make an active contribution to the decarbonization of industrial processes”.
Phoenix Contact is inviting all interested parties to come along and find out about current developments, practical applications, and future trends at its trade fair booth.
