Inserting Neutral Busbars

The placement of a neutral busbar on a mounting rail requires at least two support brackets which have a neutral busbar placement point. The support brackets mounted on the mounting rail hold the neutral busbar in place (as shown in the following example).

A neutral busbar is placed on the support brackets via the ACCESSORIES > INSERT > Neutral busbar accessory mode.

Once you have placed two ore more support brackets on the mounting rail, selected at least two support brackets and activated the Neutral busbar accessory mode, the insertion points for the neutral busbar are displayed. To place the neutral busbar, select the busbar in the Insertion Center and then click on any insertion point.

You can place terminal blocks on neutral busbars and articles on the mounting rail between support brackets as follows:

  1. Select the neutral busbar.
  2. Activate the ACCESSORIES > INSERT > Neutral busbar accessory mode.
  3. Drag and drop the terminal block from the INSERTION CENTER on the neutral busbar.
The terminal blocks can be placed between the support brackets on the neutral busbar and (only one) on the left and right side outside the support brackets.
