TRIO POWER for rack mounting with bidirectional functionality

With the bidirectional power conversion of the TRIO POWER power module, it is possible to draw energy from the grid and feed it into the grid. The first certifications in accordance with global feed-in standards facilitate flexible and worldwide use.

TRIO POWER with island grid function

With its robust design and the island grid function, you can use TRIO POWER power electronics not only in stationary but also in mobile applications. They can be operated off-grid and used to supply loads even in places where there is not a mains connection.

TRIO POWER with CANopen interface

The CANopen interface minimizes programming effort, enabling simple system integration. The included configuration file enables seamless integration into your control environment.

Display of the TRIO POWER for rack mounting

Condition monitoring is possible via the display on the device front. You can read off the output voltage, current, and other data directly on the device. By operating the display, the device can be used in stand-alone mode without communication with an external controller.

Flexible mounting with Push-in connection technology

The connection technology on the front of the TRIO POWER power module ensures flexible and easy mounting. This makes both the installation and maintenance of the module possible in 19" racks without access to the rear. The Push-in connection terminal blocks enable tool-free wiring without a prefabricated backplane.

Use in battery storage systems

The TRIO POWER for rack mounting is perfect for use in various energy storage systems and contributes to the optimized use of the available energy. The TRIO POWER power modules are used both to provide energy from the storage system and to buffer the energy available in the storage system.

Stationary battery storage systems serve to stabilize grids by balancing out peak loads. Surplus energy is stored in energy storage units. When a power failure or peak load occurs, the energy is fed back into the grid. The bidirectional functionality of TRIO POWER power modules and certification in accordance with global feed-in standards not only enable energy to be drawn from the grid, but also fed into the grid.

In places without a grid connection, a mobile energy storage unit provides a secure power supply. The stand-alone grid mode enables the TRIO POWER power modules to generate an AC grid, meaning that the battery storage system can replace a conventional generator.
