Students can win a trip to Germany by engineering the best working control system

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Phoenix Contact once again challenges middle and high school students to put their engineering skills to the test in the Nanoline® Contest 2014. Grand prize for the winning team’s efforts is a trip to Germany.

This is the sixth consecutive year that Phoenix Contact has sponsored the competition, which challenges students to design and build a working control system using the company’s easy-to-program Nanoline controller. The winning team will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to the Hanover Fair in Germany next spring. They will present their project in TectoYou, a special hall at the Hanover Fair dedicated to promoting science and technology careers to young people.

Interested teachers, parents and students can get more information and register at www.phoenixcontact.com/nanolinecontest. The deadline for registration is October 18.
