Robust and flexible I/O devices for your distributed signal acquisition.
Acquire input and output data directly in your systems and machines. Phoenix Contact offers a wide range of I/O devices with IP65/IP67 protection suitable for every use, with a wide range of options - modular or compact, metal or plastic, Ethernet network or fieldbus system. The SPEEDCON rapid interlock saves time during installation. Clear displays and warning messages minimize downtimes.
Axioline E is the I/O system with a block design for field installation. Open to all Ethernet-based communication protocols and available in two different housing versions, Axioline E offers maximum flexibility.
SPEEDCON quick locking system ensures quick and easy installation and thereby reduces assembly times. Axioline E is particularly robust when it comes to mechanical loads, EMC disturbances, and environmental influences. The M12 power plug-in connector simplifies installation, thanks to a reduced number of connection points and 2 x 12 A in just one cable.
I/O devices in the Fieldline Modular series give you all the freedom during field installation. Functional, customizable, and open-bus.
Fieldline Modular I/Os are available in a particularly compact format with an M8 connection or alternatively, with an M12 connection. Both versions provide a flexible and easy connection to virtually every network. The Fieldline local bus can be integrated into the IP20-I/O Inline system, without an additional bus coupler.
Fieldline Stand-Alone is ideally suited to the acquisition of digital signals for fieldbus-based automation solutions under harsh environmental conditions. Installation on profiles, level surfaces or installation under difficult conditions – the Fieldline Stand-Alone mounting concept offers flexibility of assembly and a reduction of installation costs.
AS-Interface devices make contact with the AS-Interface flat-ribbon conductor without the use of tools. This minimizes installation time and reduces costs. Various designs are available – devices with M12 or M8 connections. The latter are extremely compact and ideal for handling machines or robot applications. Furthermore, corresponding accessories from Phoenix Contact are available – gateways, power supplies, and cabling.
Ruggedline ensures signal and data communication even in the harshest environments, thanks to their zinc die-cast housing. For example, directly in the production system at welding tongs. The fiber optic technology also enables use in environments with high EMI. The snap-on device electronics simplify installation and startup on site and enable tool-free replacement when required.
