Easily Deliver Power and Signal Through a Panel Wall

These feed through panel mount connectors from Phoenix Contact make wire management in control cabinets easier than ever. The DFK-MSTB allows you to make fast, secure, and reliable connections through a cabinet or panel wall. Wire connection inside the cabinet is handled by our well-known screw termination technology, and allows for greater freedom of positioning on the panel wall. On the outside of the cabinet the connector mates with our extensive offering of pluggable industrial connectors, including MSTB and FKC series.

The DFK-MSTB connector is available in a range from 2 to 16 positions, and is suitable for panels up to 5mm thick.

The new series of the SPTAF 1 PCB terminal block was designed to meet the stringent safety requirements of “Ex eb” protection according to IEC 60079-7 for potentially explosive areas.

This terminal block includes all the advantages of our SPTAF 1 connector family – a low overall height, high current carrying capacity, and intuitive push-in wire termination. Versions that are color coded by wire position are also available upon request.

New from Phoenix Contact is an unshielded connector in the FP 0,8 series. This connector is ideal for those applications that do not require electromagnetic compatibility due to EMI concerns.

The new PC 6 BUS series of PCB connectors from Phoenix Contact brings simplicity to the table with connectors well-suited for high power levels. Featuring an insulation displacement connection (IDC), the PC 6 BUS series is ideal for connecting commercially available 6 AWG conductors without conductor pretreatment. This allows power to be distributed and delivered from the bus conductor directly to the power electronics module PCB.

Building on the already popular MC and DMC spring-termination product families, we are pleased to now offer this product line in a crimp version as the MCC 0.5 and DMCC 0.5 series. These new product families round out the MC and DMC product portfolio and offer gold-plated crimp contacts in a compact pitch of 2.54 mm. The addition of crimped contacts allows for quick wire terminations, allowing customers to make cost-effective cable assemblies with the new MCC and DMCC connectors.

Building on our very successful PTSM connector line with spring termination, Phoenix Contact is pleased to now offer this product family with the option of crimped contacts. The new PTCM product line offers the same small footprint as the PTSM product line, but now with crimp contacts. The addition of crimped contacts allows for very quick wire terminations, allowing customers to make cost-effective cable assemblies with the new PTCM. The new PTCM is also 100 percent compatible with our PTSM series.

Introducing the new Twin Design Print Terminal Block from Phoenix Contact. With this new PCB connector, you can now choose between two termination technologies, screw or spring, within the exact same footprint. This makes switching between termination methods easy for manufacturers whose end customers might prefer two different styles. The TDPT allows manufacturers to offer this option to their customers without changing their printed circuit board or their enclosure, as both of the connectors have the same dimensions and footprints.

Levered Power Combicon (Hybrid)

Introducing the new lever-actuated LPC PCB connectors from Phoenix Contact. Until now, no lever-operated PCB connectors have been available in a 7.62-mm pitch. The orange lever makes wiring fast and easy for installers – no tools are required. The mating header has been redesigned to meet the increased touch-proof requirements of IEC/UL 61800-5-1.

Phoenix Contact’s new LPCH hybrid product supports the industry trend toward signal and power in the same connector. Up to four power connections and four signal connections are now possible in one connector. By combining signal and power in one connector, you can eliminate individual connectors, saving space and cost in your application.

Protecting your control and wireless devices outside of the cabinet is essential for an effective system. The Environmental Case System (ECS) is a robust solution to protect your components in the field. The ECS is rated for temperatures from -40°C to 85°C, and pressure buildups from temperature variations are alleviated with optional ventilation. The faceplate can accommodate various connections: one M12, two M12s, a cable gland, or a blank that can be specified to meet your individual connection requirements. IP 66/67 and NEMA 6 ratings, along with a UV resistant plastic, ensure protection suitable for applications exposed to the elements.

Phoenix Contact is excited to announce the launch of our newest connector we call SKEDD (Swedish for 'it is done'). This innovative connector allows a wire to PCB connection to be made without the use of any soldering process or tools. Through the use of special forked contacts pins, and locking side rivets, the SKEDD connector attaches to standard plated through holes by hand, and 'it is done!'

New PCB connector adapters from Phoenix Contact enable the quick, easy, and secure connection of flexible LED PCBs when combined with the PTF series of connectors. The PCB adapters can be used as an extension, as a corner connection, or as a T-distributor. The white PCB adapters are designed for 2- and 4-position applications with 8- or 10-mm-wide LED strips. UL-approved materials ensure that they can be safely used in applications requiring UL approval.

This expansion of the PTSM line of connectors features special latching flanges on the connectors that can be easily locked and unlocked without the use of any tools. This innovative locking feature is also fully compatible with existing PTSM headers. When combined with easy spring-cage termination, a 2.5-mm pitch, a high-current rating, multiple PCB mounting options, and a super low profile, the PTSM family of connectors from Phoenix Contact is the ideal choice for LED lighting and other space critical applications.

New wire-to-wire

The new IFMC 1,5 family of connectors expands the IMC and IMCV product offering to include inverted plugs for quick wire-to-wire connections.  Fast wire termination for wires up to 16 AWG is possible thanks to the push-in connection.  Dimensionally, the IFMC family is extremely compact and allows for wire-to-wire connections in the smallest spaces.  In addition to the ability to now make wire-to-wire connections, the IFMC 1,5 inverted plugs can also be used as a wire-to-board connection system.
