Expert advice for your safety

Phoenix Contact expert providing advice on safety aspects relating to the operation of machinery

We provide advice on safety aspects concerning changes and the interlinking of machinery

If you, as the operator, make changes to your machinery, it is possible that your role may consequently change to that of a manufacturer. In this case, you are responsible for ensuring that the machinery again conforms with all relevant EU directives.

Likewise under certain circumstances, all the duties and responsibilities of a manufacturer of a complete machine will pass to you if you interlink existing or new machinery for a production system under your own authority.
