  • Aluminum metal plate façade in RAL 9016
  • Curtain wall façade in front of massive components
  • Modeled visually on original autoclaved aerated concrete façade for uniform design image
  • Alternative: design with perforated acoustic metal plate and projecting corrugated element in RAL 9006

Exterior walls –​ windows

  • Windows parapet-height ribbon windows with double or triple glazing as standard
  • Color-neutral glazing
  • Aluminum windows with RAL 7005 coating, supplemented with individual post-and-beam curtain wall elements, e.g. in the reception area

Interior walls

  • Functionally closed wall surfaces in the following variants:
    • Solid masonry
    • Reinforced concrete
    • Plasterboard
  • Surface: exposed plaster finish, painted white in RAL 9016
  • Additional: system partitions consisting of a combination of closed elements in RAL 7035 and glazed elements according to the user requirements
     

Ceilings in production and logistics areas

 

  • Exposed rough construction, e.g. fairfaced concrete:
    • Painted in RAL 9016 white
    • Possibly supplemented with acoustic mineral fiber grid ceilings, coated in RAL 9016 white
  • Trapezoidal sheet metal, coated in RAL 9016 white

Ceilings in Administration

  • Administrative areas: mineral-fiber grid ceiling, coated white in RAL 9016, with a rebated panel edge
  • Structured ceiling layout with full panels and edge frieze
  • Cooling via air circulation cooling devices or cooling beams as integral component of the suspended ceiling
  • Corridors, reception areas, and catering are set apart from the other areas through a plasterboard perforated ceiling with rectangular perforations (Q12/25), painted white in RAL 9016

Floors in administration and recreation areas

  • Untreated floor construction with conventional screed or false floor
  • Office areas, training and conference rooms: false floor with anthracite needle-felt covering
  • Reception areas, corridors, and showroom areas: granite tiles of type: Bianco sardo
  • Tea kitchens, common rooms, canteens, and company restaurants: real light oak parquet or, alternatively, wood-effect PVC.
    The quality is to be defined based on the use

Floors in production, warehouse, laboratory, and auxiliary rooms

  • Untreated floor construction with conventional screed or false floor
  • Test labs: conductive PVC, white-gray
  • Production and logistics areas: smoothed rough construction with surface finish
  • Special use floors are to be clarified explicitly in accordance with requirements
  • Washrooms and cleaning equipment rooms: anthracite-colored fine stoneware

Roofs

  • Flat roof construction with a bitumen or foil seal (manufacturer's warranty at least > 15 years)
  • Roof lanterns for technology as required
  • Use of skylights or light strips according to requirements to be checked
  • Use of renewable energy is to be looked into and, where applicable, taken into consideration in the building construction
  • Roof coverings are to be checked for walk-on stability in accordance with requirements

Sun protection

A decision on the selection of an exterior or interior sun and glare protection system, or solar-control glazing where applicable, is to be made in accordance with an ROI assessment depending on requirements.

Doors

  • Prestige entrances: aluminum-framed doors or door designs with a high glass content and finished in RAL 7035 or RAL 7005
  • Functional room partitions: wooden doors with an RAL 7035 finish
  • Lower-level operations and technology rooms: steel doors with RAL 7005 finish
  • Door handles: in general, stainless steel with classic L-shape

Elevators

  • Functional operation depends on user and use
  • Must be installed in a closed shaft
  • Interior decoration: functional elevator car with prestigious elements (e.g. lighting, mirror, operator panel)
  • Necessity is to be examined on a case-by-case basis, according to demand and need

Stairs

  • Interior and exterior rails are to be straight-lined and functional
  • Surface galvanized and powder-coated in RAL 7005
  • In prestigious areas, a stainless steel handrail must be added
