The multi-stage research and audit process of the Top Employers Institute highlighted a holistic and comprehensive concept of the personnel strategy, ranging from training and development to working conditions, right through to performance management that is consistent with the company culture. The onboarding process is started as soon as new employees start at the company, the program not only provides an introduction to the workplace, but ensures they learn the basic principles about Phoenix Contact, and get to know different departments within the company. This program, that combines e-learning and classroom-based events, helps new employees to establish new contacts more quickly and to familiarize themselves with the company values.

This eleventh award as the "Top Employer for Engineers" emphasizes the company's approach to offer its employees future-oriented further development and continuous optimization of the working environment.
