Safe short circuiting

Plug-in switching jumpers

Plug-in switching jumpers can be used to short circuit the current transformer in a particularly safe and user-friendly way.

The switching jumpers can be positioned either side of the disconnect point in the bridge shaft and securely latched in place.

Our new short circuit plug is particularly safe and user-friendly. When the plug is removed, an integrated metal switching device ensures a leading short circuit. Connected measuring transducers are automatically protected against damage.

  1. Plug inserted – no short circuit
  2. Plug removed – automatic, leading short circuit
