Standard functions, variable number of ports, and various types. These are all features of our Unmanaged Switches.
Plan a network tailored to your application. Phoenix Contact also offers the right switch for your requirements.
In the entry-level category, we offer the great value SFNB switches, with up to 8 ports and transmission speeds of 10/100 Mbps. The space-saving metal housing and the temperature range from -10 to +60°C safeguard operation in industrial environments. For reliable switching over large distances, 3 fiber optic ports are provided for single mode and multimode fiberglass cables.
SF and SFN switches
You can run standard functions perfectly with our SF and SFN switches. You can choose between devices with a narrow or flat design. Both switch types provide up to 16 ports, transmission speeds of 10/100 Mbps, and redundant power supply. The cables can be secured as an option using mechanical locking. Furthermore, the SFN switches prioritize data packets with the Quality of Service function. For reliable communication in PROFINET networks, they are also available as PROFINET versions with PTCP filter.
Do you want to ensure reliable switching in harsh industrial environments? Then the SFNT switches are the ideal solution for temperature ranges between -40 and +75°C. Basic specifications: up to 16 ports, redundant power supply, and maximum of 2 fiber optic ports. The cabling can be locked mechanically as an option.
SFN gigabit switches
SFN gigabit switches are designed for high demands in terms of data throughput. They receive and send data at 5 or 8 ports at gigabit speed via single or multimode fiberglass cables. Advantage: redundant power supply and Quality of Service functions.
