The Phoenix Contact Competence Center sees itself as a service partner from the first concept of a component up to the retrofit of an existing system. This gives you access to the experience of a leading automation manufacturer for your development and application.
Phoenix Contact Software supports PROFINET device manufacturers and solution providers during the development phase with special products and services. Corresponding technology components are available for the different PROFINET device types.

Independent testing and certification service provider.
Phoenix Testlab carries out certification testing for series end products as well as accompanying development tests. The advantage of the latter is that any problems with the device are detected at an early stage and can be corrected during the development phase.
The device developer decides which functions are to be tested and at what point. After successful testing, the customer receives an official test report, which they can then use to apply for a certificate for their device from the PROFINET user organization (PNO). The certificates issued by the PNO are valid for three years.

The Phoenix Contact Competence Center is one of three PROFINET International Training Centers in Germany. It is here that certified PROFINET installers and engineers are trained.
