Our focus

Repair service at Phoenix Contact – what can you expect from it?

  • We check and repair faulty products for free during their warranty period at our dedicated service centre in Germany (subject to investigation findings- charges may be payable).
  • On request, we will inform you of the current status of your fault investigation.
  • If required, a detailed analysis report can be purchased once the investigation is complete.
  • Articles that are no longer in warranty can be investigated in the same way (inspection charges apply).
