Phoenix Contact Canada is proud to to be recognized for the second time as one of the Best Workplaces in Canada.

Incorporated in Mississauga 30 years ago with two employees in a tiny rented building in Mississauga, Phoenix Contact operates today from a 25,000 ft2, state of the art building in Milton, Ontario.  The company has grown exponentially since its humble beginnings, now with sixty-five people operating out of its Milton headquarters and regional office and exhibition centres located in Montreal and Calgary.

Entering the offices of Phoenix Contact, one can immediately absorb a sense of friendly professionalism and an atmosphere of helpfulness with a sense of purpose and urgency to serve its visiting customers and guests. The company’s culture fosters camaraderie and life learning and as a result this has cultivated a very effective team environment where the staff is empowered and encouraged to be creative and make decisions with the common goal of growing the business and feeling good about their individual contribution.

Kevin McKenna – General Manager, believes that the company’s success is attributed to the fully engaged and passionate employees.
