To ensure that your EDI connection works correctly and reliably, there are some additional precautionary measures that should be taken and requirements that must be met.

Correct operation of EDI

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is already used for merchandise control. ERP therefore acts as the destination system or also the source system for all business processes: from the purchase order and delivery note to the invoice.

Exchange via proven systems

EDI uses standard exchange formats such as EDIFACT, iDoc or XML. It uses communication services such as Telebox, X.400, and e-mail.

Regular synchronization of master data

We agree on the regular synchronization of master data between the systems. This ensures that high-quality data is always transmitted.
