Quick and easy startup of wireless systems

Use the thumbwheel to assign the I/O modules within a network to one another. Simply set the I/O modules that need to communicate with one another to the same number: for example, a digital input is set to IO MAP address 12 and the assigned digital output is also set to IO MAP address 12 – the signals will then be distributed correctly throughout the entire system.

Tailor your wireless system to the requirements of your application. Choose from various analog and digital extension modules, tailored to the type and number of your signals.

Advantages of the I/O extension modules:

  • Modules can be inserted and removed even during operation (hot swap-capable)
  • Channel-to-channel electrical isolation
  • Digital wide-range inputs and outputs (0 V AC to 250 V AC)
  • Transistor or relay outputs
  • Pulse inputs (0 Hz to 100 Hz) for counting events, e.g., for flow measurement
  • Extended temperature range (-40°C to +70°C)

Firmware update for the Radioline wireless system enables mixed operation using wireless and cable

Thanks to the new firmware for the Radioline wireless system, you can now distribute I/O signals wirelessly and via 2-wire cables in the same network. I/O mapping is easily carried out via the thumbwheel.

Radio modules for the frequency ranges 868 MHz, 900 MHz, and 2.4 GHz are available as well as a RS-485 bus coupler.

The plug-in CONFSTICK enables unique network addressing.

Implement unique network addressing with the CONFSTICK for secure, parallel operation of multiple networks.

This means that you can set a unique network ID and use different RF bands.

You can therefore create your own secure network and store and save the configuration data on a memory stick.
