Inline and Axiocontrol controllers  

Two modular controller ranges: Inline and Axiocontrol

Inline controllers (ILC) are the proven standard in Phoenix Contact's PLC portfolio. The controllers support all common communication paths, such as Ethernet, a mobile network or landline. In addition, they can be easily expanded with Inline I/O modules and offer an integrated web server. 

The controllers in the Axiocontrol range (AXC) are the ideal solution when it comes to high demands for performance and robustness. Together with the Axioline F I/O system from Phoenix Contact, Axiocontrol controllers offer maximum speed thanks to direct bus connection. 

Almost all of the modular controllers are also available with an extended temperature range for extreme temperatures.

Redundant controllers for failsafe applications

The most powerful RFC controllers (Remote Field Controllers) from Phoenix Contact are optimally integrated in PROFINET. Control and fieldbus system status messages are conveniently read via the diagnostic display. Thanks to the powerful processor, comprehensive automation tasks can be processed at maximum speed.

Ensure the continuous operation of your automated applications with the PROFINET redundancy controllers from Phoenix Contact. The high-performance PLCs establish a redundant system automatically thanks to AutoSync Technology. As such, there can be up to 80 km between two redundant controllers thanks to FO synchronization cables.

This combination can be used to integrate safety functions up to SIL 3 into existing systems. The use of PROFIsafe reduces wiring effort and installation time.

Depending on the performance requirements, select PC WORX SRT with statistically guaranteed response times for small to medium-sized tasks.

For complex automation that demands hard real time, select PC WORX RT BASIC. System operation is particularly stable as a real-time extension is installed in addition to the standard Windows operating system. This ensures the integrity and deterministic behavior of the controller.
