Motor winding temperature monitoring

To monitor the temperature of motor windings, temperature-dependent resistors are often built into the motor windings. These PTC resistors become highly resistant as temperatures increase and thereby act as sensors. They detect a temperature rise at the motor motor and activate the relay to process the message further.
