Panel PCs integrate operation and monitoring functions with the features of a high-performance industrial PC - all in one device. Control, machine or system operation, programming, testing and communication - the high-end solution for open and closed-loop control technology. The panel PCs are especially remarkable in their compact housing design and low installation depth. Because aluminum was used for the solid front plate and housing, they can also be used in harsh environmental conditions.
The PPC 5015 has a high-resolution 38.1 cm (15") color TFT display with a touchscreen and a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. The software keyboard that is included in the standard delivery has all of the alphanumeric keys found on a standard keyboard. In addition, it is possible to switch to a separate numeric keypad. On the left lower edge of the LCD display, there are five additional keys. These additional keys can be used to call the software keyboard, switch task (Alt + Tab), activate the right mouse button, and adjust the brightness. One of the keys is provided for user-specific functions.
