Adding entries is not possible. However, you can replace existing entries with new entries.

You can store up to 100 contacts in the phonebook.

The devices support TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 for email communication.

The signal strength display only indicates the field strength for telephony and SMS functionality. Make sure that your SIM card supports Internet connections. Enter the appropriate APN for the respective provider in the settings.


The content in the web browser is not displayed correctly. How can I improve the display?

If you configure several TC-MOBILE devices in succession, old data may be cached in the web browser's cache. Clear the browser cache or work in incognito mode.
