Variable terminal identification in continuous format:
The THERMOMARK E.VARIO in combination with the appropriate THERMOMARK E.300 (D)/E.600 (D) thermal transfer roll printers marks entire terminal strips with just two materials in continuous format, regardless of the number of different pitches.
This means that any pitch between 3.5 mm and 1000 mm can be implemented. Thanks to the innovative geometry of the marking material, you benefit from the material fitting perfectly in the marking groove.
Note: The pressure rollers are not supplied as standard.

Edut
Maximum efficiency: Time savings of up to 70% compared to manual printing, separation, and application processes, with a consistently high cycle time
Efficient storage: With the applicator, entire terminal strips can be marked with just 2 materials in continuous format, regardless of the number of different pitches
High flexibility: Thanks to the special blade geometry, the applicator perforates and cuts the flexible continuous material variably with a pitch ranging from 3.5 mm ... 1000 mm at the exact position specified by the marking software
Less material loss: No material change necessary, even if printing different pitches
Digitalized process chain: Using the ECAD data and the terminal strip created in the clipx ENGINEER engineering software, the cutting and perforation marks are automatically assigned in the MARKING system marking software. In this way, a suitable marking strip can be individually generated for the respective terminal strip, and applied easily and efficiently
Quick and easy mounting of the applicator on the roll printer via hexagonal screw: The applicator is connected to the roll printer via the D-SUB interface and detected by the software
