Phoenix Contact's IP67 power supplies give engineers flexibility to design applications to meet their specific needs by replacing power supplies located in large, centralized control cabinets with power supplies mounted directly on the machine.

The TRIO IP67 power supplies reduce or eliminate the need for a separate control enclosure which reduces overall system cost. Mounting the IP67 power supply on or closer to where power is needed reduces cable length and voltage drop that can occur with longer cables.

With a dynamic power boost of up to 150% of the nominal current for up to 5 seconds, TRIO IP67 power supplies can provide the additional current needed for the starting of heavy or inductive loads.

Currently, the TRIO IP67 power supplies are offered in single phase, 24V / 8A and 24V / 10A variants. The offerings include three different connection technologies: M12, 7/8”, and IPD (Installation Power Distribution). These variations allow users to choose which connection best fits their application. The fast and standardized connectors are coded to ensure the proper connection.

Local and remote AC and DC monitoring

Local DC and AC OK LEDs on the front of the power supply as well as a DC OK floating signal contact make monitoring input and output power simple and trouble-free. These local and remote signals indicate if either AC or DC power is lost.
