A look back on the Dialog Days From the first virtual trade fair to numerous further editions
When the Hannover Messe had to be canceled in 2020 due to the current situation, agile concepts and innovation were called for. How would we able to remain in contact with you, our customers, to demonstrate our new, innovative products and solutions, and to discuss your current challenges together? It quickly became clear that a new, digital format was needed – and so the Phoenix Contact Dialog Days were born!
We created an interactive platform within just a few weeks. Our first virtual industrial trade fair, the Dialog Days accompanying the Hannover Messe 2020, was a great success! The number of visitors was far beyond our expectations, and so it was a no-brainer that we should hold further editions of the Dialog Days for you at our corporate trade fair in the fall.
We further developed the format for the electronica and SPS trade fairs to ensure that there were even more options for exchange: A virtual look at the digital factory, guided tours in a number of languages, and open live discussions on topics such as the All Electric Society. For the Hannover Messe 2021 edition, there was even the option to contact our experts via video chat for an even more personal experience.

The future of Dialog Days
We hope that we will be able to welcome you to on-site trade fairs again soon and look forward to conventional contact with you. But because our online trade fairs have been very popular with you, we will continue to hold the Dialog Days Editions.
