A look at the Device Management Service dashboard

Energy, Monitoring, Management, Analytics with the EMMA Service

The EMMA Service in Proficloud.io, Phoenix Contact’s IoT platform, provides companies with user-friendly access to data that is crucial for energy management. This is aided by the specially designed dashboards of the Smart Service, all of which can be arranged with just a few clicks of the mouse. As a result, you can make decisions faster and more accurately, and workflows can be streamlined through remote monitoring.

Advantages of the EMMA Smart Service

  • High user-friendliness with a systemic overall concept and intuitive menu navigation

  • Targeted overview with intuitive visualization options

  • Optimized energy management, especially with regard to the international standard ISO 50001

  • Optimized workflows with location- and time-independent monitoring of energy and performance data

  • Automated data transmission to Proficloud.io when using the IIoT-capable EMpro energy measuring devices

EMMA Service functions

User-friendly dashboards and widgets:

With only a few clicks, users can draw initial conclusions about the processes and energy consumption. Use the various visualization options such as energy cycle diagrams, energy bar diagrams, streamline diagrams, heat maps, and Pareto diagrams.

Energy bar chart - load over load:

You can use this widget to compare the energy data of several loads next to each other over the same period of time. The data is displayed in a bar chart.

Energy bar chart – period over period:

With this widget, you can overlay energy data from several time periods for the same load in a widget. The data is displayed in a bar chart.

Energy pie chart – load over load:

This widget can be used to compare the energy data of several loads over the same period of time. The data is displayed with its absolute values and its relative share of the total consumption of the various loads on a pie chart.

Energy pie chart – period over period:

This widget can be used to compare energy data from several time periods for the same load. The data is displayed with its absolute values and their relative share of the total amount of the different consumption periods of a consumer on a pie chart.

Energy Pareto chart – organized by loads:

This widget shows the energy data of multiple loads over a selected period of time. The information is displayed in a combination of bar charts and line charts. A bar represents the total value for the selected period of time per load. The bars are sorted from the highest (left) to the lowest (right) consumption. The widget also contains the accumulated percentage value as a line chart.
