The CrossPowerSystem power distributor is a modular and functional power distributor for power distribution in your control cabinet. Three-phase DIN rail devices are mounted on the power distributor via Plug and Play and supplied via the integrated busbar. With this power distributor system, devices from power supplies all the way to hybrid motor starters can be snapped onto the busbar without requiring any tools or cables.

With CrossPowerSystem, the power distribution system with integrated busbar, power supplies through to hybrid motor starters can be snapped on without requiring any tools or cables. With just one click, devices are mounted on the power distribution system without tools and a safe electrical connection to the busbar is established simultaneously.
The power distribution system enables the flexible implementation of functional solutions for the control cabinet. You have an extensive portfolio of products and accessories to choose from, which enables you to configure your own individual solution.

There are two different power supplies available for the power distribution system with integrated busbar:
1. TRIO CROSS POWER 5 A
The TRIO CROSS POWER 5 A power supply is ideal for use in machine building. All functions and the space-saving design are tailored to the stringent demands in this area. The Push-in connection enables quick and easy connection of a 24 V DC control voltage.
2. TRIO CROSS POWER 20 A
The TRIO CROSS POWER 20 A power supply provides a reliable 24 V supply with additional protection by means of eight independent channels for shutdown in the event of errors (overload or short circuit) and enables easy configuration of the current via IO-Link.
CrossPowerSystem with hybrid motor starter
Various versions of hybrid motor starters are available for the power distributor with integrated busbar:
Stand-alone versions as direct and reversing starters, with emergency stop and motor protection function, plus integrated fuses for short-circuit protection.
Network-capable versions for IO-Link and Interface system (IFS) for easy connection to fieldbus systems, also available in combination with integrated fuses for short-circuit protection.
Adapter rails for CrossPowerSystem
Easy connection: You can attach the adapter rails for CrossPowerSystem directly on the top or bottom of the power distribution board. You can therefore mount PTFIX distribution blocks and standard terminal blocks for 24 V power distribution and for N, PE, and other distributions on the rail.
