Important things to note You can help us speed up the returns process by completing the following steps

  • You can request a return goods authorization number by phone or email.

  • When returning your item, please enclose the return delivery note provided with your registration. The returned item should be sent back to the address indicated on the return delivery note.


    In order for us to process the returned item quickly and successfully, please note the following requirements:

  • The delivery date is no longer than six months ago.
  • The goods correspond to the current production status and have the current revision.
  • The seal on the packaging has not been opened or damaged.
  • The net value of the goods is at least 100 euros per order item.
  • We cannot take back products that were made to order.
