Returns / commercial complaints

Please note the following requirements so that we can process the return quickly and successfully:
- The delivery date is no more than 12 months ago
- The goods correspond to the current production status and revision
- The packaging is unopened, unmarked and undamaged
- A net value of at least £50.00 is achieved per order item
- We cannot take configured, made to order or assembled products

Have you received items from us that you no longer require and would like to dispose of professionally? We are happy to support you. Please contact us.
- The removal of personal data on the items to be disposed of is the responsibility of the user. Please ensure of this before returning to us or our service partners.
- If batteries are included in the items, please remove them before returning, if they can be removed non-destructively.
- Shipments that contain a LI/ION battery should be marked as dangerous goods.
- All items in our portfolio that fall under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013 (WEEE) are marked with the crossed-out wheeled-bin symbol. These products must be collected separately at the end of their life and returned to the intended recycling centre.

Please note the following requirements for a proper processing of your return:
- A return must be approved in advance
- When registering a return, provide specific item numbers and quantity for each item to be returned
- A copy of the return authorisation must be provided with the delivery note with the Return Order clearly visible and the reason for return
- The Return Order must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return packaging
- Returns of items without prior authorisation will be returned to the sender
