Surcharges and other fees

Handling and Shipping Fee: 235 DKK

  • This fee applies to manual orders up to an order size of 1500 DKK Netto. It covers the costs of processing and shipping the goods to the customer. When customers purchase via the e-shop, this fee is removed as the process is more automated.

  • The handling fee covers the handling, packing, and administration of the order, while the shipping fee covers the costs of shipping the goods to the customer.

Small Order Fee: 125 DKK

  • This fee applies to all orders up to 500 DKK Netto. It covers the additional costs that may arise from handling smaller orders. This fee helps cover the labor costs of processing and packing small orders.
