Problem correction
- Fixed an issue where the network configuration of the WBM marked valid parameters as invalid and the parameters could not be stored under certain circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where the overall power factor is not displayed in WBM in a few grid type configurations.
- Fixed an issue that the active tariff in meter reading WBM page is not updated automatically while active tariff is switching.
- Fixed an issue where letters (especially umlauts) are not displayed correctly in WBM register table view.
- Fixed an issue where the REST API response from the device would mark the data content as gzip encoded even though it was sent in raw format if the REST API request allows gzip encoded data.
- Rest API can be used again with standard browser settings ("Accept-Encoding: 'gzip'")
Improvements
- Update to WBM version 1.4.4
- Timestamp feature for average values
- A time stamp (date and time) of the recording is available for all minimum, maximum and mean values of the outputs (P, Q, S). This can be queried via the Modbus interface and is also shown on the display directly below the respective value
- Date and time settings can be configured via display.
Version 1.5.2

Important information
- After updating the firmware to this version, a downgrade to any version below 1.5.2 is not possible anymore!
Problem correction
- Fixed an issue where the device restarts unexpectedly at the store command, if the Modbus parameters were changed.
Version 1.5.1
Date |
07.2022 |
Supported HW Revision |
1; 2; 3 |
Problem correction
- Fixed an issue where THD values were displayed incorrectly in web based management logging menu item
- Fixed an issue where bar graph y-axis scale for harmonics was labelled incorrectly on display screen
Improvements
- Additional runtime counter for each tariff group added
- REST API PUT method support added
- Tariff number can be switched by REST API
- Energy counter can be reset by REST API
- REST API error response format improved
- REST API GET and PUT method can be switched on and off separately by new web based management menu item for REST API
Version 1.5.0
Date |
03.2022 |
Supported HW Revision |
1; 2; 3 |
Improvements
- Support of new HW-Revision 3.0 added
Version 1.4.0
Date |
10.2021 |
Supported HW Revision |
1; 2 |
Problem correction
- WBM
- Fixed an issue where the inversion of input 4 of the digital output alarm logic gate does not work correctly when configured via web-based management.
- Fixed an issue where the pulse counter is always displayed as disabled in the web-based management regardless of the actual configuration.
Improvements
- EtherNet/IP™ configuration is added to web based management and display.
- The data logging feature is extend to support absolute and resettable energy counters as well as all four tariff counters.
- The rotating field is shown in display menu.
- The Modbus compatibility mode can be activated via the display. The mode is used to switch the byte order of the Modbus registers.
- New display page for icon description added.
Version 1.3.4
Date |
07.2021 |
Supported HW Revision |
1; 2 |
Problem correction
- Fixed issue that the Modbus-TCP server responds with "gateway-target-device-failed-to-respond" exception under certain circumstances in Modbus Gateway configuration
Improvements
- Add Modbus configuration register to add additional characters to the Modbus RTU silent interval (3,5 chars by default specified in Modbus Serial Line Protocol and Implementation Guide V1.02).This parameter can be used for the Modbus Gateway, if a connected Modbus RTU slave device needs more time between two frames then the specified silent interval from the Modbus specification. Furthermore this parameter can also be used for Modbus RTU slaves to add an additional delay between request and response in case that the Modbus RTU master device needs more time between request and response frame. The corresponding register address is 0x220A (8714 decimal).
Version 1.3.3
Date |
05.2021 |
Supported HW Revision |
1; 2 |
Problem correction
- Fixed issue that the Modbus-TCP server responds with "slave-device-busy" exception under certain circumstances in Modbus Gateway configuration
- Fixed issue that the historical power quality parameter has a local timestamp instead of UTC timestamp as documented
- Fixed issue that the web-bases-management menu entry for "Ethernet/IP" show "Profinet" as menu entry name (Only for EIP devices)
Improvements
- Optimized cache handling in web-based-management. A browser cache cleanup is not necessary anymore after a firmware update
- Optimized flash memory handling
- Improve Polish translation in web-based-management
Version 1.3.2
Date |
03.2021 |
Supported HW Revision |
1; 2 |
Problem correction
- Fixed issue that the digital output toggles once at device startup
