Prediction
Prediction values are formed by averaging the instantaneous values recorded in the currently ongoing interval.
There are two different types of average value generation for predictions:
- Equallly weighted AVG
- Weighted AVG
The prediction values for active power, reactive power and apparent power are used to predict power trends and thus recognize early upcoming peak loads. These predicted power values are continuously formed (every second) and updated during the interval.

Synchronisation via Digital input:
The previously set interval for determining the mean value starts with the positive edge at the digital input. 2 scenarios are now possible:
- Once the interval has elapsed, the generated average value is transferred to the register and displayed. The determined value remains in the register until another measuring interval has elapsed after a new synchronization pulse at the digital input.
- If synchronization is performed again at the digital input before the set interval has elapsed, the average value (generated at this time) is transferred to the register and displayed. The new synchronization pulse starts the interval and the measurement again.

The intervals follow each other consecutively at the measurement interval length. All recorded individual values within the generated average values have the same valency. |

The intervals follow each other consecutively at the measurement period length. The last acquired, individual value within the generated average values has the highest valency. As each new value is recorded, the valency of the individual values decreases (exponentially). |
