Further information Two designs – one solution The class 100 machine lights are available in two versions, with a diameter of 25 mm or 35 mm. They therefore provide the right solution for different installation situations. The 25 mm version features a particularly narrow design and is ideal for confined spaces. Both versions have IP54 degree of protection, a standardized M12 connection, and are available in lengths from 195 to 895 mm. They are therefore very versatile and are optimally tailored to industrial requirements. Series connection and dimming The 35 mm version impresses with its extended functions and compact design. Versatile signaling for different applications The PSD-SC signal tower offers a variety of signaling modes for different applications. Autoscale mode provides full-surface illumination with automatic division into up to five stages. Traffic light mode allows you to create a classic signal tower with clear color gradation. Different colored LED calottes ensure maximum adaptability to the signaling task. Control is convenient via 24 V DC parallel wiring, whereby the connection is established via a central connection element. The connection elements are available in different versions for direct or tube mounting. Quick and easy mounting and installation The patented bayonet lock on the individual calottes enables quick and error-free mounting. This makes it easy to assemble signal towers. When mounted, the towers have a smooth surface with minimal transitions between the individual calottes. This largely prevents contamination, e.g., from dust. The modern Push-in terminal blocks enable quick and tool-free connection. Conductor cross-sections up to 1.5 mm² are supported without issue – ideal for industrial applications that require a high level of efficiency and reliability. Reliable in every environment The signal elements feature a particularly robust design made of impact-resistant plastic and meet the requirements of impact resistance class IK07. With IP65 degree of protection, they are optimally protected against dust and jet water – ideal for use in harsh industrial environments.
