More information about the cable guiding system Cable guiding system The swivel arm of the cable guiding system makes it particularly easy and safe to install your conductors, cables, and cable harnesses for the control cabinet door or swivel mounting frame. The CGS cable guiding system is particularly time-saving, as the orange swivel joints can be opened tool-free, allowing preassembled cables to be fed through or re-routed without tools. Up to 100 x 1.5 mm² conductors are routed to the control cabinet door using a single CGS cable guiding system. In contrast to cable conduits, the CGS cable guiding system also simplifies your design work, because it can be planned and visualized in the CAD system. Cable lengths are therefore predefined and can also be planned. Integrated flanges simplify mounting compared to the use of cable conduits. The integrated strain relief of the cable guiding system is ensured using conventional cable binders. Additional strain relief is not required. Standard of quality The cable guiding system has been designed for use with standard cables. This is made possible by using large bending radii and defined movements. The CGS was assembled with 100 x 1.5 mm² cables (H05Z-K) and data cables (Cat. 5 Ethernet cables) and was opened and closed 2,000 times. There was no damage found on the wires. l g n i t u o r e b a c d n a n o i t c e t o r p e b a C l CGS cable guiding system Item no. 3071401 3071400 3071410 Description Cable guiding system, with swivel joint Cable guiding system, with closed swivel for opening, length: 218 mm, width: 68 mm, height: 140.5 mm, diameter: 42 mm, joint, length: 218 mm, width: 68 mm, height: 140.5 mm, diameter: 42 mm, color: gray color: gray Cover, packed in pairs, length: 214 mm, width: 63 mm, height: 54.5 mm, color: gray Phoenix Contact 29
