Using the right tool is essential for getting the right results. Phoenix Contact has a cable cutter for every application. There are different designs for processing cables with a diameter up to 52 mm. All parts of the cable cutters that are under strain are tempered or hardened, which ensures a high cutting efficiency over a long period of time. Safety tools with red and yellow signal colors including multi-purpose pliers and side cutters are used for various applications for power and electrical systems.

Accurately dimensioned screwdrivers are available for every screw size. Screwdriver blades from Phoenix Contact have a large bearing surface in the screw head to achieve the required torque with adequate force without damaging the screw head.

QUICK WIREFOX stripping tools are equipped with spring-loaded lamellar knives that adapt to specific conductor shape and cross section and prevent wire damage during stripping. The DATA TWIST stripping tool is used to safely strip control, data and signal lines of copper or glass fiber. Due to its spring-loaded blade, KAMES MULTI allows processing of cables with diameter up to 40 mm.

CRIMPFOX crimping pliers allow ferrules and cable lugs with and without insulating collars, slip-on sleeves and contacts to be processed. All pliers have an integrated pressure lock that won't unlock until the necessary crimping pressure is reached, eliminating the possibility of applying too little pressure. Ergonomically-designed handles allow one-handed operation of larger cross sections.
