FL Camino rolls into Fort Worth for TCU-Utah game

MIDDLETOWN, Pa.  – The “FL Camino,” a 1970 El Camino customized for tailgating, will bring its blend of entertainment and automation to the TCU-Utah football game in Fort Worth, Texas, this Saturday, Nov. 14.

Phoenix Contact, a world leader in industrial automation technology, and Allied Electronics, a Fort Worth-based electronics distributor, will co-host a tailgate party from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. in TCU Lot 13.

Dubbed for its namesake FieldLine I/O, the dazzling green FL Camino features an active demonstration of Phoenix Contact’s wide range of automation products. But far from being just another industrial product demonstration, the FL Camino also sports 18-inch rims, GPS navigation, twin DVDs, DirecTV, XM satellite radio, a 32-inch HDTV, Wii gaming system and a 48,000-BTU grill.
