New PCB connectors and PCB terminal blocks

PLH 16

  • Fast wire connection saves time and money
  • Zigzag pinning of 10 mm spacing for increased voltage rating
  • Narrow design width creates more space on the PCB
  • Color coding of each position possible for ease of wire color matching
  • Wire strip instructions molded onto the housing end wall

PCB Terminal Block for Signal - PTSM

PCB Terminal Block for Signal - PTSM
This high-density spring terminal block has high-current throughput at 6 A, and a small centerline of 2.5 mm. PTSM is available in true surface-mount technology (SMT) and pin-in-paste for mounting components to the board. This small, rugged spring-cage terminal block is only 6 mm high. Termination is as simple as pushing in a solid wire. The PTSM optimizes applications where space is critical.

PCB Connector for Power - PC 35

PCB Connector for Power - PC 35
The new PC 35 PCB connector from Phoenix Contact has a current-carrying capacity of up to 115 A.  The conductor termination allows a maximum of 2 AWG in the proven connection method based on the tension sleeve principle. There is an optional shield for protection against Electro-Magnetic Capability (EMC).

Screw style mounting flanges assure a safer plug connection in case of large conductors up to 2 AWG and in applications exposed to vibration. Silver-plated contacts ensure high connector conductivity (115 A) along with lower insertion and withdrawal forces. The through-panel mount capability offers the advantage of design flexibility at no additional cost.

New to the PC 35 family is a selection of inverted plugs and receptacles designated as IPC 35.  This offers the option of having the receptacle contact on the PCB.   The IPC 35 creates a touch safe connector on the PCB for application where power resides on the board.   The inverted IPC 35 and original PC 35 can be used together, creating board to board or wire to wire application.  In addition, panel mount wire connectors are now available.

PCB Connector for Power - TFMC 1,5

PCB Connector for Power - TFMC 1,5
Phoenix Contact’s new TFMC plug utilizes spring-cage technology to terminate two wires in the same position. This fresh design creates an easy method of daisy-chaining. Solid and standard conductors with ferrules can be directly terminated without tools.

PCB Connector for Power- ISPC 5

PCB Connector for Power- ISPC 5
The new ISPC 5 plus with spring wire termination offers the capability to produce a wire-to-wire connection. The receptacle can now be placed on the PCB for a wire-to-board solution while guarding against shock. Screw Flange and Click-and-Lock versions are available to protect against accidental separation.

ME MAX 12.5 Housing

ME MAX 12.5 Housing
In an expansion of the ME MAX family of products, this electronic housing offers huge space savings in a fully functional package. Electronic components are integrated trouble-free into the rail-mounted, 12.5 mm wide housing. A separate bus connector can be added to save installation time by sending up to five signals that contact automatically when the housing is snapped onto the rail. The narrow housing also offers hot-swappable feature that permit bus continuity.

COMBICON POWER - MKDS 5

The MKDS 5 is a single-piece, direct-mounted terminal block for currents up to 30 A and 600 V. The MKDS 5 product line has the smallest 600 V terminal block product available on the market today with 6.35 mm spacing, made possible by the innovative zigzag PCB layout design. The modular design enables the assembly of any position size. Terminate wires with a common screwdriver.

PCB Connector for Signal - FKCN and CCDN

PCB Connector for Signal - FKCN and CCDN
Phoenix Contact's FKCN 2.5 spring-cage plug connector and accompanying CCDN pin-in-paste compatible base headers save space with a component height that is 30 percent lower for a connection up to 12 AWG. The innovative push-in spring cage technology allows solid and flexible wires with ferrule to be quickly connected without any tools.

The connector has a large wire entry so that it can safely support solid and flexible wires. Wires can be easily disconnected using the orange actuation levers. The generously sized labeling and printing surface above the wire entry allows for easy-to-read marking.

COMBICON POWER - TSPC 5

TSPC 5
The TSPC 5 is the new twin spring-force connection with push-in technology, eliminating the need for tools. Using the TSPC, currents of up to 35 A can be easily daisy-chained from device to device. This connector even has an unrestricted 600 V UL approval rating.

The TSPC 5 is compatible with the PC 5 family of headers, which offers a wide range of application scenarios. It has a 7.62 mm pitch and high power ratings.
