COMBICON CONTROL - SPTA

The new SPTA is a compact, low profile, angled terminal block that provides space-saving connections for up to 10 A. The innovative push-in spring technology allows solid and flexible wires with ferrules to be connected quickly without the use of tools. SPTA PCB terminal blocks provide maximum connection space with minimum outer dimensions.

COMBICON CONTROL - FMCD 1.5

The new FMCD 1.5/.double-level plug connector, the latest addition to the super-flat FMC connector range. The FMCD supports the continuing trend toward miniaturization and increases connection density. When combined with the corresponding through-hole reflow MCDN base strip, the FMCD connector has a height of only 16 mm. Two rows of contacts can be inserted or removed at the same time. An additional advantage of this spring-cage connector is its convenient direct plug-in technology, which enables quick and easy connection of conductors up to 16 AWG.

COMBICON CONTROL - TVMSTB 2.5

The new TVMSTB 2.5 contains two wire entries perpendicular to the vertical plug-in direction. The TVMSTB 2.5 can be used either for looping of signals or for potential distribution. The TVMSTB 2.5's compact form factor allows connections up to 10 amps, and wire range from 24 - 12 AWG.  The new twin entry vertical plug is equipped with an integrated test point that allows for quick verification of signals.  The TVMSTB 2.5 can have individual connectors removed in a series while retaining function of devices downstream.

COMBICON POWER - ISPC 16

Introducing a new addition to the popular PC 16 family of products, the ISPC 16. The inverted (reversed sex) plugs create the capability of wire-to-wire application with the convenience of cost-saving spring wire termination. In addition, if the application calls for power coming off the PCB, the inverted design provides a touch-safe solution by placing the receptacle contact on the board.

COMBICON CONTROL - QC 1,5

QC 1,5
The QC (Quick Connect) 1,5 represents the next generation in I/O and low power (up to 10 Amps) terminations to the PCB. This new insulation displacement plug provides greater flexibility in wire selection as compared to other IDC products currently available on the market. The plugs are designed on a 5.0mm pitch (centerline) spacing and come with or without mounting flanges. The QC 1,5 plugs mate with 5.0mm headers from Phoenix Contact.

Fast termination of discrete, stranded wires provides a labor saving advantage during installation. A common screwdriver is all that is required to make a positive gas tight connection. The plugs can be clearly identified, which helps to eliminate potential mis-wiring.

COMBICON CONTROL - FKCN & CCDN

Phoenix Contact's spring cage plug connector FKCN 2.5 and accompanying Pin-in-Paste compatible base headers, CCDN, create space as the component height is 30% lower for a connection up to 12 AWG. The innovative push-in spring cage technology allows solid and flexible wires with ferrule to be quickly connected without any tools.

The connector has a large wire entry so that it can safely support solid and flexible wires. Wires can be easily disconnected using the orange actuation levers. The generously sized labeling and printing surface above the wire entry allows for easy-to-read marking.

COMBICON COMPACT - PTDA

PTDA
The new series with PCB terminal blocks and connectors with the PTDA spring-cage double connection from Phoenix Contact now provides two connections per electric potential, which simplifies the daisy chaining of conductors. The terminal points are arranged at an angle of 45° to the PCB.

The round and symmetrical PCB terminal blocks are available as a pluggable or fixed, solderable version with a 3.5 mm to 5.0 mm pitch. The disk design and uniform shape allow for individual blocks in mixed pitches, which can also be color-coded. This makes it easier for the user to safely install the devices to be connected without errors.

COMBICON POWER - TPC 16

The TPC 16 is a new twin screw termination plug for daisy-chain power applications up to 55 amps. This plug allows for simple yet reliable field installation with proven rising-cage screw termination technology.  The TPC 16 contains a steel covering spring at mating interface, which increases current carrying capability within a wide range of temperatures.  With a 10.16 mm centerline and high power contacts, this product is unique.

COMBICON POWER - PC 5 with Click and Lock

PC 5 with Click and Lock
Click-n-Lock is a new locking system for the PC 5 family of COMBICON power products. The plug connection automatically locks in during the matting operation and protects against an accidental pull out. An audible click confirms a properly mated system. Removal is performed without tools by simply sliding the latching blocks forward then removing the plug.

COMBICON POWER - TSPC 5

TSPC 5
The TSPC 5 is the new TWIN spring-force connection with PUSH-IN technology so no tools are necessary. Using the TSPC, currents of up to 35 A can be easily daisy chained from device to device. This connector even has an unrestricted 600 V UL approval rating.

The TSPC 5 is compatible with the PC 5 family of headers, which offers a wide range of application scenarios. With a 7.62mm pitch and high power ratings, this product is unique in comparison with any other product on the market.

COMBICON HOUSINGS

BC Housing
The BC (Building Case) electronic housing system is a new approach to electronic component packaging specifically engineered to meet the needs of control manufacturers focusing on applications for building automation. The BC housings are available in a variety of widths to accommodate various complexities in PCB design.

The system incorporates built-in connectivity between devices due to a DIN rail connector that can bus a power supply and communication transmissions. The housing can also be modified to mount on a panel or a wall. Additionally, the BC housing system allows for various types of connectors and terminal blocks without the need to alter the housing in any way.
