CMAT - Molded cables with solutions for every application
Phoenix Contact's configurable material (CMAT) service provides fast turn-around for made-to-order molded cables and cordsets, making it simple to get the exact material type and length necessary for any application exactly when you need them.
Cordset options include common industrial connectors such as M12, M8, and Micro ½-inch. Cable materials are available in PUR halogen-free, PVC, PUR/PVC, PUR irradiated, and TPE-high flex all with varying temperature ranges, wire gage from #26awg to #18awg, and multiple jacket colors.
Configuration choices for made-to-order cordsets include:
- M12 – 3-, 4-, 5- and 8-pole; and splitter cables
- M8 – 3-, 4- and 6-pole
- Micro ½-inch – 2-, 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-pole
- Cable lengths from 0.2 meters to 40 meters
- PUR and PVC cable jackets
- Wire sizes from #18 - #26 AWG
- Temperature range -50 to 105 degrees Celsius
