Rectangular connectors for panel feed-through applications
Phoenix Contact's rectangular product line consists of HEAVYCON ADVANCE, HEAVYCON, and VARIOCON. The rugged cast aluminum housings are specially designed for high-stress industrial applications. HEAVYCON products are rated up to IP65 for protection of the contacts within the metal housing, sealing out dust, dirt and splashing water. With modular inserts, one housing can combine several inserts to meet customer's application.
HEAVYCON ADVANCE
Reduce cost with HEAVYCON ADVANCE! Our innovative “base-less” connector is a welcome addition to the standard rectangular connector market. Also, this connector family is rated to IP65, 67, 68, and 69K, so your contacts are protected from dirt and water from every angle – even temporary submersion.
HEAVYCON
HEAVYCON rectangular connectors are rated up to IP65, protecting the contacts within the metal housing from dirt and splashing water. HEAVYCON is designed in accordance with the industry standard for rectangular connectors, so cut-out dimensions and housing sizes match those of other manufacturers.
VARIOCON
This rectangular connector is especially suitable for use in devices. It is available in plastic or metal housings, and provides either terminal blocks for direct PCB mounting or wire connections for feed-through applications. These device connectors provide up to IP67K protection and allow connections for power, signal, and/or fiber optic transmission.
