Data
Industrial environmental conditions put high demands on connectors, connection technology, and cabling. Phoenix Contact PLUSCON data components are suitable for industry in protection types of IP 20 and IP 67. Data connectors are available for field buses such as INTERBUS, PROFIBUS, Industrial Ethernet, USB, firewire D-SUB and fiber optic.
Signal
PLUSCON has expanded their range of sensor actuator cables, connectors and boxes. From M5 to M58, our connectors can meet harsh environmental requirements ranging protection to meet IP65 to IP69K. Termination types available are screw, crimp, solder, QUICKON and spring cage. Cables are available in numerous types. We offer a stainless steel connector for the food industry. SPEEDCON quick locking system is a plug and turn connection that reduces connection time by 90%. We offer cables, connectors and boxes with the SPEEDCON quick locking system.
Power
PLUSCON offers a complete selection of power connectors for sensitive signals of a few mAs up to high currents of 200A. The numbers of positions varies with the contact inserts, and the inserts are available in screw, crimp, spring-cage and QUICKON (IDC) technologies. The housings die cast aluminium and equipped with sturdy locks. They protect the contact inserts against dust, moisture and mechanical outside effects.
