MARKING system - the simple way from your engineering system to marking requirements for applications

Phoenix Contact is a competent partner for control cabinet and system engineering. In this context, it is our aim to provide products, services, hardware and software to make the planning and production of systems as efficient as possible.

MARKING system from Phoenix Contact provides a universal labeling system right from planning to the finished printed label. In addition to the wide range of marking materials, the CLIP PROJECT advanced software and various printers are also a part of the marking program.

The data for labeling is provided to the printers by the CLIP PROJECT advanced planning software included in the scope of supply. They control the printers and facilitate the creation of marking data by means of data import directly from the circuit diagrams.

MARKING system is divided into three sections:

Software

CLIP PROJECT advanced is the central software to create and print terminal strips. Information about terminal points, cables, conductors and markings is stored in the Electro CAD system, and is used when designing terminal strips and for printing appropriately.

CLIP PROJECT advanced is open for data exchange with different Electro CAD systems and controls all output devices from Phoenix Contact reliably.

Hardware

The CLIP PROJECT advanced project planning software sends the labels to the printer with just a click of the mouse. Irrespective of whether you choose the new environment-friendly high-speed BLUEMARK printer, one of the thermal transfer printers or the plotter, a wide range of marking material is available for each printing system.

Marking material

Irrespective of the printing system you choose, you can use different materials for all tasks in the field of terminal block, conductor and device marking in and around the control cabinet.
