Plug-in cards - Socket strips
With the plug-in card blocks SKBD, the contact points of the conductor path in the printed circuit boards make direct contact with the fork springs of the connection elements. The outgoing conductors are clamped with sturdy screw connections.
The plug-in card blocks, which are available with 8 to 24 positions and 5 or 5.08 mm pitch, come in two metal-part versions:
- Without solder pins. This allows the block to be mounted directly on any surface, and
- With solder pins leading downwards for mounting the block on a base board.
For fixing, different end brackets or guide rails are available, depending on the application requirements. Thin coding plates, which can be inserted at a later date, ensure that different printed circuit boards (with the same geometry) are not plugged in incorrectly.
Plug-in card blocks SKBI
With the SKBI plug-in card blocks in accordance with IEC 603-1/DIN 41617 and IEC 603/DIN 41612, individual European-format cards and double European-format cards can be installed everywhere in the control cabinet and wired easily by means of a screw connection.
The printed circuit board is reliably supported in the robust insulation housing made of glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide and is automatically held in position by engagement catches which prevent it from falling out. The easy-to-operate ejectors make it simple to release the printed circuit board even in narrow spaces.
The plug-in card blocks can be screwed directly onto the mounting surface. They can also be vertically or horizontally mounted on the DIN rail with a snap foot.
The clear, standardized labeling of the two connection sides allows an unmistakable wiring of the plug connectors. Depending on the application, the plug-in card blocks are available in the designs B, C, D, E, F, G and H.

SFL screw and flat socket strips
The SFL screw or flat socket strips are mainly used for 19" racks in measuring and control technology in accordance with IEC 603/DIN 41 612. They are supplied as 32-position socket strips in the designs D and F, and 48-position in design F. Individual partial assembly is possible. With screw-type socket strips, the clamping of the conductor is ensured by a carefully designed conical screw. The flat socket strips have one or two 2.8 mm slip-on connections per position. The mounting dimensions are similar to IEC 603/DIN 41 612.
